Information clause on the processing of personal data

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU.L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter “RODO”, we inform you that:

  1. data controller

    The administrator of your personal data is Reside Etudes Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) (address: rtm. Witold Pilecki 67 /200, 02-781), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the m.st. Warsaw, Poland under KRS No.: 0000914902 (hereinafter “Administrator”). The Administrator can be contacted via the contact form at www.nextdoor-housing.pl or by sending an e-mail to: Djallal.lebied@reside-etudes.fr and also via snail mail, at the Administrator’s registered office address indicated above.

  2. Data Protection Officer

    The Administrator has appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data, namely. Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted via the email address iod@nextdoor-housing.pl or via snail mail at the Administrator’s registered office address indicated above with the notation “To the Data Protection Supervisor”.

  3. purposes and grounds for processing

    Personal data in the form of name, email address, contact phone number, will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose:

    1. to conduct communication and answer the question you have asked – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the realization of the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is to be able to respond to your inquiry and conduct communications (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA);
    2. possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing for the realization of the legitimate interests of the Administrator. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is the possibility of establishing, investigating or defending against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

    If you consent, we will process your data for the following purposes:

    1. sending marketing information – the legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO),
    2. sending a newsletter to a designated email address – the legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(RODO).
  4. Data recipients

    Recipients of your personal data are entities to which the Administrator subcontracts the performance of activities that involve the need to process personal data, in particular in the field of e-mail handling, ICT services, hosting, IT, administrative, legal or consulting services. Recipients of your personal data may also be entities or authorities entitled to receive your data – only in justified cases and on the basis of generally applicable laws.

  5. data retention period

    Personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

  6. Rights of data subjects

    In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights: access to data, rectification of data, erasure of data, restriction of data processing, right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You have these rights in the cases and to the extent provided by generally applicable laws.

    Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for sending the Newsletter.

  8. information about automated decision-making, including profiling

    The Administrator will not make automated decisions based on personal data, including decisions resulting from profiling.
